Roar Burger, a local gourmet food establishment. Developing a dynamic and vibrant branding suite
that embodies their ethos & vision. This identity includes logo design, menu design, and packaging.
The Approach
Goal:
A bold, recognisable identity that captures the strength and energy of the Malahide RFC lion, while reflecting ROAR’s high-quality street food in a way that’s powerful yet inviting.
The company wanted no lion iconography, but to be inspired by the lion , I studied from ancient depictions of lions, their gestures and visual recognisability, this would inform design decisions
Logo Development:
The client wanted a logo that felt bold, energetic, and full of character. I sketched heavy letterforms and refined them into a mark that subtly lifts through the middle, echoing a roar-like soundwave while tapering off to create movement and personality.
